STIHL is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow partnerships with some of our important Nordic customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our key customers across the Nordic region. You will work strategically to understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver real value. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop strategic customer accounts. Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing relationships. Negotiate and follow up on contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer expectations. Work with sales forecasts, budgeting, and performance tracking. Contribute to the development of our customer strategy and business plans.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Relevant education in sales, business, or economics. Proven experience in B2B sales and complex customer relationships. Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your work. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish. A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for results. Solid skills in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license.
